Qualifications

This snooker tournament is open to all players who wish to compete.

Format

Tables: 12′ Riley Aristocrat Tournament (2 tables)
Format: Double elimination.
Race: 2 frames on the A side and 1 frame on the B side.
Finals: Player on A side needs 1 frame while player on b side needs to win 2 frames.
Officiating: Frames are player regulated with official on site.
Player Cap: 8 Players
Rules: WPBSA (World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association) rules will be followed for all tournaments: WPBSA.Com/Rules. The beginners’ level will have a maximum of 3 snooker fouls.
Entry Fee: $60 (Includes $10 admin fee).
Pre-Pay using Venmo. Last minute drop outs will forfeit entry fee which will go to the prize pot.
Parking: Free.
Food & Beverage: Players and spectators are welcome to bring their own food and beverage. Club is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and oven.

How would you rate your snooker experience?

Beginner: No (or little) understanding of the game and no (or little) experience playing on a snooker table. Average high break is under 15 points.

Novice: Basic to mid-level understanding of the game, strategy and experience playing club level matches. No (or little) experience playing in tournaments. Average high break is 15 -30 points.

Amateur: Full understanding of the game, rules, strategy and several years’ experience playing club level matches and some experience playing in tournaments. Average high break is 30 – 60 points.

Professional: Full understanding of the game, rules, strategy and several years’ experience playing professional level tournaments and possibly winning prize money etc. Average high break is over 60 points.
