Pool

In The Pocket Pool and Snooker Club will follow the World-Standardized Rules provided by the World Pool Association with the following exceptions when conducting pool tournaments:
Exceptions:
- Referee: Tournaments and Leagues will not have a designated referee unless otherwise noted on event flyers. Players will self referee their own matches.
- 3.6 Touched Ball. If a ball is touched or moved, no foul is committed, however, the opponent will have a choice to leave the moved ball where it lays or have it moved back to its original position.
- 3.13 Three Consecutive Fouls. This rule is not in place unless otherwise noted on event flyer.
Snooker
In The Pocket Pool and Snooker Club will follow the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association Rules with the following exceptions when conducting snooker tournaments:

10. Fouls
(i) “…all balls shall be replaced and the
ball on shall be the same as it was prior to the
infringement…” Replacing the cue ball to it’s original spot prior to a foul is not in effect.
Limit of 3 fouls in any one turn.
Maximum number of snookers/fouls needed to tie or win is 2. Once a player needs 3, an automatic concession is required.
