Varun Junja
– Kent, WA
Varun Junja is a native of India who started playing in 1999. He practiced 8 or more hours a day and has become a high-level amateur snooker player. Varun won several tournaments including the Seattle Snooker Open in 2022 hosted by Ox Billiards. He has made around 20 century breaks with a high break of 127. His average high break is usually between 50-100 points. We are excited to host Varun in his exhibition match with Prathamesh and wish him all the best.

Prathamesh Sawant
– Seattle, WA
Prathamesh Sawant started playing snooker in India and has won several team and individual tournaments in Mumbai. Prathamesh moved to Seattle in 2020 and started playing both pool and snooker at Ox Billiards. He has played in several snooker tournaments, including the Seattle Snooker Open, and has won two event titles in Seattle with a high break of 90 points. We are excited to host Prathamesh in his exhibition match with Varun and wish him all the best.

– Sammamish, WA
Dave Daly is a native of Ireland and has been playing snooker since he was 7 years old. He is a high-level Amateur snooker player and WPBSA Certified Level 1 Snooker Coach. Dave has officiated many top-level snooker tournaments including the Seattle Snooker Open, World Women’s US Open, and US Nationals along with officiating exhibition matches with Judd Trump, Luca Bracel, and Ricky Walden. He has also competed in the Seattle Open, US Nationals, BC Open, and Pacific Northwest Border Battle and achieved a high match break of 80 points.
We are honored to have Dave officiate the exhibition match and to offer free snooker tips & lessons after the match. He will be available to play snooker with some of our members and guests.
Format
The exhibition match will be the best of three frames played on 12′ x 6′ Regulation Riley Championship Tournament tables following World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association Rules.
After Match Activities
After the exhibition match, all three players will be available to play with members and guests. Dave Daly will also be offering free snooker tips and lessons for interested players.
This free event is sure to be a crowd pleaser for both players and spectators. If you play snooker, or, if you’re curious about the sport, then this is the event for you!
